Patti Perez founded Puente Consulting, Inc. in November 2001 because she saw a need for a company that could create a bridge in the relationships between employers and employees. Ms. Perez also wanted to establish a firm that would bridge the gap between employment law (compliance issues) and HR (practical, day-to-day issues), and between employees from different cultures or who speak different languages.
Today Puente offers combined expertise in employment law and HR consulting to solve complicated employee relations and business challenges.
