Puente also provides a variety of services to assist litigation counsel (for the plaintiff or defense) during litigation. Our services include conducting internal investigations, interviewing witnesses (in English or in Spanish), and assisting with class action matters (wage and hour, discrimination, etc.). Additionally, our staff is experienced in providing training mandated by settlement agreements or EEOC/DFEH consent decrees. We also often join forces with litigation counsel to provide audit or assessment services, including conducting comprehensive wage and hour audits that ensure compliance with applicable regulations and fairness to employees.
Because Puente is not a law firm, we don’t compete with attorneys for clients. Instead, we work with you to better serve your existing clients.
